Get Money Listening to Music
1. Listen to Cash4Minutes
Have one or multiple phone or cellphone lines that you aren’t always using? You can use them to call into a station and listen to the radio. To get started, you will need to sign up on the Cash4Minutes website, validate your email address, then add your phone numbers (you can use more than one at a time) to the site. The company promises that it will not share your information with third-party companies.
You will be able to search by country to find phone numbers that shouldn’t cost anything though your phone carrier (though you may want to double-check). Many different countries are available. When I check the site, there were three numbers for the United States (all paying $.10 per minute), 2 for Australia (paying roughly $.05), and several other countries were listed as well with an assortment of prices.
When you earn enough to be paid, they will pay you through an Amazon voucher, bank transfer, charity donation, or through Bitcoin (BTC).
What Can You Earn With Cash4Minutes?
You can generally earn between $.05-.10 per minute ($3-6 per hour), per phone. You can also earn through referring friends (a percentage based on how much they earn).
2. Listen to Earnably
Earnably is a site similar to Swagbucks, where you can earn points from completing micro-tasks. A couple of those tasks involve watching music videos or listening to the radio. Once you obtain 225 points ($2), you will be able to cash out via an assortment of gift cards, PayPal, or Bitcoin. You can also earn points by taking surveys and other tasks that generally take less than 5 minutes.
As with other similar sites, you can also earn off of referral links.
What Can You Earn With Earnably?
You can earn up to $13 per hour as offers allow
3. Listen to Hitpredictor
After you sign up for Hitpredictor, you’ll be able to start listening to clips of songs (each last about a minute in a half). When it is finished, you’ll leave a rating and can type up a few notes. For this, you will receive 3 points. The process is easy enough, though there are sometimes issues (such as sound not playing)
How Much Can You Earn From Hitpredictor?
Honestly, it was hard to find any real data for how much you would get paid and how you can collect your earnings (which is allegedly in Amazon gift cards and other prizes). I saw people saying that you could earn anywhere between $.03-1 per song. Personally, I doubt you would earn $1 per song.
4. Listen to Music Xray
Singers, bands, and songwriters often submit their songs to Music Xray so that they can get feedback on their work (or begin to build a fanbase). They pay a fee, part of which is passed on to you as an incentive to listen to their music.
After you sign up, you can choose the genres you enjoy and the platform will assign you a few songs for you to hear. Each recording is 30 seconds long and you will get a dime for your trouble. If you like a song, you can click the “fan” button. (You can also choose to support the band with a donation or tip.)
How Much Can You Earn From Music Xray?
While you get 10 cents per song, you can’t cash out until you collect a minimum of $20. Depending on your favorite genres and the amount of music you’re assigned, this may take a while. Payment is made through PayPal.
5. Listen to Playlist Push
Do you run a popular playlist on apple music, Spotify, or Deezer? If you have 400+ followers and 20 or more (at least 1% of your total) active monthly listeners, you could potentially earn a good amount from writing song reviews on Playlist Push. (Please note that the platform is very strict with people who try to cheat the system with bots or follow gates and have guidelines on which playlists they will accept).
If you are accepted to work with Playlist Push, you will be given songs that you can listen to and review. If you enjoy the song, you can add it to your playlist. Indie musicians are willing to pay for this service in order to get feedback and with the hope that their music will reach a greater audience.
Can You Earn to Playlist Push?
You will get paid (through PayPal) between $1-12 depending on your reputation on the platform.
6. Listen to Radio Earn
To earn money with Radio Earn, all you need to do is sign up for a profile and listen to the radio. You can use up to 4 different radios per account to earn a passive income doing nothing. Read the “pay” section to learn more, but the only real way to make money on this platform is by embedding into your website if you have decent traffic.
How Much Can You Earn With Radio Earn?
While you literally don’t have to do a thing, unless you’re destitute for cash (and have your computer running all day anyway), Radio Earn isn’t really worth it. Per radio, you can earn the equivalent of 1 point per hour (24 per day if you play it non-stop). If you have four machines running, that is 96 points per day. For every 1,000 points, you can earn between $2-3.50. If you were to set up and run this system (on 4 machines) non-stop for a month, you would earn between $6-10.50 for the whole month. If you do choose to use Radio Earn, they will pay you through PayPal.
7. Listen to Radio Loyalty
Radio Loyalty is another website where you can potentially earn some passive income. While you can earn more with this platform than you would with Radio Earn, you will also need to frequently fill in CAPTCHA challenges to let them know that you are still listening. The other thing you need to know is that it is sponsored by ads, so while you can earn passively, it will neither be fun nor will it be rewarding.
How Much Can You Earn With Radio Loyalty?
As with Radio Earn, you earn points while you listen. On average, listeners earn approximately $.03 for every ten minutes ($.18 per hour). You need to reach a $25 threshold before you can cash out with a gift card.
8. Listen to Research.fm
Research.fm is a platform that works to provide radio stations with feedback from its users. If you are passionate about music, you could earn a little side income (via gift card) by filling out surveys on this platform. Surveys are not always available, and occasionally, people are disqualified from completing the survey after starting it.
How Much Can You Earn With Reasearch.fm?
Pay varies per survey, demographic, and location. The pay isn’t disclosed until after the survey is started.
9. Listen to Slice the Pie
Slice the Pie is a platform that allows you to review many different things. When reviewing music, you can start the track and begin writing your review right away. Cover what you liked and disliked about the track, then rate it between 1-10 after you’ve finished. You must listen to at least a minute and a half of it in order to be credited for it.
You can also earn by referring other users to the site.
How Much Can You Earn With Slice the Pie?
With Slice the Pie, your pay is dependant on your rating. You will start out earning a very small amount. If you write well-written reviews with valuable feedback, your rating will go up, which means you could begin to earn substantially more.
10. Listen to We Localize
If you have good listening and writing skills, you can earn decent pay with WeLocalize. Your job will be to listen to the lyrics in songs and transcribe them into readable text. You will be paid per song completed. What’s the catch? Hearing lyrics accurately isn’t always easy, but if you have a knack for it, try this platform out.

You will earn $4 per song. The platform pays through Wire Transfer and ACH.
